Stories carry only what you choose to share: the text, a debt amount range, a debt type or two, an age band, and a Malaysian state. We never ask for your name, IC, email, or phone. We don’t run analytics. No cookies for visitors. No pixels. No third-party trackers anywhere on the site.

To stop one person from spamming the form, we hash your IP using SHA-256 with a private salt before it reaches our database. Only the hash is stored, briefly, in a sealed table that no one can read directly. The raw IP never lands anywhere we can see — not in our logs, not in our database, not in our hands.

Every story is reviewed by a human before it appears on the wall. We approve or hold things back based on safety — harm, scams, doxxing, harassment — not moral judgment about debt. If you regret sharing, email hello@moneytakcukup.com and the story comes down. No questions asked.

Our hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and DNS (Namecheap) log network metadata per their own policies — that’s outside our control. If you need absolute anonymity, use Tor or a trusted VPN before submitting. We’re transparent about this because pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
